COVID-19 & Your Steamboat Vacation

Thank you for visiting our website today, please know the safety of our guests & employees is our top priority. During this uncertain time of the COVID-19 virus, under the direction of the Routt County Commissioners, all bookings for arrivals prior to June 1, 2020 have been suspended. All resort and individual property common area amenities, including pools, hot tubs, exercise rooms, saunas, lounges, and meeting spaces are currently closed for Spring. Summer opening dates will be determined using guidance from governmental authorities and confirmed by individual property homeowner associations.

While looking forward to providing guests with a much-needed get-away to our beautiful Colorado town, already extensive cleaning policies have been upgraded and our practices adapted to ensure that every aspect of your stay will be safe and worry-free. We have implemented the following policies for new reservations made between April 2nd, 2020 and July 31st, 2020 for any arrival date through April 30th, 2021.

Guests with COVID-19 travel concerns will be offered the option to change a reservation to future dates, staying at the same home, and if the same property is not available then another equivalent property will be offered in its place.  Extension dates varies by property, please contact our office for more details.

If the future stay dates are in the same pricing season then there will be no change to the reservation cost.  Please remember stays are subject to stay pattern restrictions and applicable minimum length of stay requirements.


We have implemented the following policies to ensure that your existing vacation investment is secure.  This policy applies to reservations made before April 2nd, 2020.  We have revised all final payment date to June 2nd for any final installments due before June 1st, 2020.

Existing summer guests booked with arrival before October 31, 2020 concerned about traveling, will have the option up to 30 days prior to transfer their reservation to future dates.  Transfers should be in the same property, for the same season of the original stay and must be within 14 months of the original stay date. If the requested dates are not available at the originally reserved residence, we will offer alternative options.
